Huawei Nova 4 to launch today: Here’s all you need to know – Mobiles News


NEW DELHI: Chinese smartphone maker Huawei is all set to launch its latest smartphone — Nova 4 in China. The company has scheduled an event at the Hunan International Exhibition Center in Changsha city, China at 1.30pn local time (11am IST).

The USP of the smartphone is its punch hole display camera. The same camera was recently seen in the Samsung Galaxy A8s. The Huawei Nova 4 will not have a notch screen and the front camera will be punched into the display. The smartphone is expected to come in White, Red and Blue gradient colour options.

Huawei Nova 4 expected specifications

The Huawei Nova 4 is expected to come with a full screen display and a triple rear camera setup. The device is said to sport a standard fingerprint sensor and not an in-display one. The handset said to feature a 6.4-inch full HD+ display with 1440×2160 pixel resolution. The smartphone is expected to be powered by company’s high-end Kirin 970 processor which was introduced last year.

The Huawei Nova 4 is said to offer 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card. The smartphone is expected to come equipped with a triple rear camera setup. The three cameras at the back are said to include 48MP, 16MP and 2MP sensors. It is also said that the toned down version of Nova 4 will reportedly offer 20MP, 16MP and 2MP rear camera modules.

The Huawei Nova 4 will likely sport 25MP front camera setup. The device is said to be backed by a 3,750 mAh abttery with 18W fast charging support. It is expected to run Android 9.0 Pie operating system and offer 4G, VoLTE, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
