Frances Antin planning to sell Spanish telecom Lyntia Report

French infrastructure company Antin designs to put Spanish optic fibre community Lyntia up for sale in mid-January, newspaper Expansion reported on Monday, citing unidentified marketplace resources.

Lyntia could be value up to 4 billion euros ($4.53 billion), the newspaper reported.

Spanish cellphone mast operator Cellnex and its U.S. rival American Tower are likely buyers.

Antin and American Tower did not return messages looking for feedback. A Cellnex spokesperson declined to remark.
