HMRC seizes NFT for very first time in £1.4m fraud situation

HMRC mentioned the suspects in its fraud scenario were being alleged to have used “innovative approaches” to check out to cover their identities which includes bogus and stolen identities, false addresses, pre-paid out unregistered mobile phones, Digital Private Networks (VPNs), phony invoices and pretending to engage in legitimate business enterprise activities.
