The Delhi federal government is now considering a partnership with Convergence Electrical power Expert services Limited (CESL), a subsidiary of Energy Efficiency Services Limited, a joint enterprise of community sector companies less than the Union Ministry of Power, to give electric two-wheelers to its employees, an official informed PTI on the situation of anonymity.
