A 2020 US military report suggests North Korea’s hacking programme dates again to at least the mid-1990s and has grown to a 6,000-solid cyber warfare unit, acknowledged as Bureau 121, which operates from quite a few nations which includes Belarus, China, India, Malaysia and Russia.
