
A Virgin Orbit rocket carrying seven US Protection Section satellites was released from a exclusive Boeing 747 flying off the Southern California coastline and streaked towards house Friday evening.
The modified jumbo jet took off from Mojave Air and Space Port in the Mojave Desert and unveiled the rocket around the Pacific Ocean, northwest of Los Angeles.
