Wherever the grievances are not settled by the provider providers, the complainant can approach the public grievance wing of the Section of Telecommunications. All the grievances so been given are monitored and resolved via the Centralised Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring Technique (CPGRAMS) portal.
“The amount of grievances been given throughout 2021-22 via CPGRAMS portal was 58911, out of which 58,224 were being fixed,” the minister included.
To an additional problem, Chauhan said the number of BSNL clients who opted for community port out stood at 52.3 lakh in 2021-22, while the subscribers porting in ended up at 28.8 lakh.
