Microsoft Associates With MSDE to Enrich Pc Literacy of Civil Servants

Microsoft has partnered with the Ministry of Ability Improvement & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), and Ability Creating Commission (CBC) to enrich the useful laptop literacy of practically 2.5 million civil servants of the Federal government of India.
