Vertical farming – rising crops indoors, on stacked degrees, in a very controlled atmosphere – allows larger yields.
And now, the Gardin organization hopes to further more increase efficiency, using sensors and artificial intelligence to evaluate specific leaves and propose modifications to each individual plant’s surroundings.
