The Centre on Friday released an Indian Sign Language (ISL) dictionary mobile application called Signal Understand made up of 10,000 phrases.
The app was introduced by Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Pratima Bhoumik. Signal Study is centered on the Indian indicator language dictionary of the Indian Indicator Language Investigate And Training Centre (ISLRTC) which includes 10,000 terms.
