
New leaks advise that Purple Magic 8 series of smartphones from Nubia could be on their way in China. The leaks, which appeared on Chinese social media website Weibo, offer a comprehensive checklist of specs for the future Purple Magic 8 and Purple Magic 8 Pro handsets from the Shenzen-primarily based company. The Crimson Magic 8 sequence is predicted to be among the world’s initial gaming phones run by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
In accordance to a report by Gizmochina, the purported Nubia mobile phone appeared on the TENAA certification website and was immediately taken down. Keen-eyed buyers, having said that, noticed the listing before it vanished and posted a screengrab of the listing on Weibo. This is not the initial leak encompassing the system. The report mentions that a machine considered to be the Crimson Magic 8 Professional with model number NX729J appeared on the 3C certification system of China in November.
The screenshots posted on Weibo present an in-depth look at the requirements for the Nubia gaming smartphones. The Red Magic Professional 8 will activity a 6.8-inch OLED screen, with a display screen resolution of 2,480 x 1,116 pixels, the leaks present. The TENAA listing also advise the unit will be out there in 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage solutions and in two different battery capacities — 5,720 mAh and 4,900 mAh. A GSMArena report also mentions that the Nubia Red Magic 8 Professional will aid 165W wired charging.
Other characteristics include a 16-megapixel underneath-display entrance digital camera and a triple rear digicam set up comprising a 50-megapixel key sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide and a 2-megapixel tertiary digicam.
ZTE-owned Nubia released the Pink Magic 7S Pro in July starting up at $729 (approximately Rs 60,000). The gaming focussed smartphone arrived with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC out-of-the-box. The handset was also equipped with a Purple Main 1 devoted gaming chip.
