The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to make its debut on January 17 at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The highly anticipated Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra are expected to feature upgraded screens, new chipsets, and advanced cameras, making them stand out from their predecessors. According to a recent tip, the touch response speed of the Galaxy S24 lineup will see a significant improvement, resulting in smoother and faster operations.

Tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) recently posted on Twitter that the touchscreen response speed for the Galaxy S24 series will be more than 10 percent higher than previous models, promising a much-improved user experience. This enhancement is also expected to elevate the S Pen experience for the top-end Galaxy S24 Ultra.

The Galaxy S24 is rumored to sport a 6.2-inch full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED screen, while the Galaxy S24+ is said to feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display and the Galaxy S24 Ultra may come with a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. These displays are expected to offer dynamic refresh rates ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz, with a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is set to be unveiled on January 17 at the Galaxy Unpacked event, with pre-reservations already open in India.

The Galaxy S24 lineup is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with some global markets receiving the Exynos 2400 chip for the regular Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+. The top-end models are expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM and will likely come with generative AI-powered features.
